Applying a new identity across a global security analytics company

When Verint’s cyber division was spun off to become Cognyte, a fully independent public company, the transformation required more than a new name. It demanded a complete shift in how the company spoke, looked, and connected with its audiences—national security organizations, cyber intelligence teams, and investigative partners around the world.

The brand system, developed with the agency Re, was centered on the idea of “Reaching Wide, Diving Deep”—a visual and conceptual metaphor for the depth and scope of Cognyte’s capabilities. Built around modular shapes and abstract patterns, the identity was designed to express complexity, intelligence, and connection.

During this transition, the internal design team contributed to the rollout of the new identity across real-world applications: marketing collateral, sales enablement, event presence, internal communications, and more. The work required translating a high-level design system into clear, usable tools within a highly sensitive environment—where security, clarity, and precision were essential.
